Shariah Courts in India

Muslims in India welcome Islamic legal and moral code that is sharia. Sharia courts are there in may parts of India and now Mumbai has also got its own Sharia court.
is no doubt that most Muslims around the world want to be governed by sharia law which was also revealed in a survey. Sharia law is a great law and it was practiced during the golden period of Prophet Muhammad.
Muslims should follow sharia law as it is a divine law, laws made by men are not above sharia because sharia law is mentioned in Quran and Hadith. Non-Muslims talk about freedom but they don't like Muslims practicing sharia which they are entitled to. In Europe Muslims want to follow sharia, Muslim women take pride in wearing burqa and hijab but the Europeans don't like it and they call for banning it. In India non-Muslim are against Sharia courts but Muslims should not get bothered by what others say and continue to follow great Islamic culture.

MUMBAI: The city is set to get its first Darul Qaza or Shariah court to settle civil and marital disputes in the Muslim community. The court, set up by the All India Muslim Personal Law Board, will be inaugurated on Monday at Anjuman-i-Islam, near CST, and will serve to fill a long-felt need of the community.

Shariah courts already function at many places in the country, such as Hyderabad, Patna and Malegaon. Here qazis appointed by the AIMPLB hear the community's various disputes, barring criminal cases, and deliver judgements. "This court will function to settle mainly family disputes pertaining to marriage, divorce and inheritance. Marriage disputes will be settled quickly and the couples will be told to either reconcile or separate if reconciliation is not possible. It will save the community much time and money as fighting cases in civil courts is expensive and time-consuming," said AIMPLB secretary Maulana Wali Rahmani.

For a dispute to be heard by a Shariah court, both the parties in the dispute will have to approach the court. If one of the parties has approached a civil court, then it will have to withdraw the case for the Shariah court to accept the matter.

Rahmani said Shariah courts do not compete with the civil courts. "On the contrary, Shariah courts will lower the burden of the civil courts where thousands of cases are pending and the judges are overworked," he said.

Senior advocate and head of AIMPLB's legal cell Yusuf Muchalla called the city's Shariah court a "significant alternative dispute settlement mechanism". "This court will decide within the framework of Muslim personal laws and mainly deal with matrimonial disputes. This is a kind of domestic tribunal set up by the Muslim community." He added that district and high courts in Bihar, Jharkhand, Bengal and Orissa have upheld several decisions given by the Shariah courts established by the Imarat-e-Shariah (House of Shariah) headquartered in Patna. Muchalla maintained that the Shariah courts were well within the law of the land.

Chinese troops intrude break security cameras, not incursion says Govt

The incident took place on June 17 when a Chinese patrol intruded into the Indian side and dismantled the cameras set up in Chumar.
A little over two weeks ago, Chinese troops intruded into the same areas in the Leh-Ladakh sector that had sparked off tensions in April and threatened the locals in Hindi. The troops even broke the high-resolution cameras that the Indian Army had set up in the area a month ago.
Sources in the security establishment said the cameras had been put up after the Indian Army dismantled some of its structures following the resolution of the stand-off in April. While the army dismantled the tin sheds it had set up, it quietly set up high-resolution cameras to monitor any Chinese movement on their side of the Line of Actual Control (LAC).

The Chinese patrol was proficient in Hindi and threatened locals, asking them to vacate the area, claiming it to be their own. The incident was reported to the government by Indian intelligence agencies and confirmed by the Indo-Tibetan Border Police.

India raised the issue of missing camera at a meeting of border personnel two days later on June 19 and China returned the non-functional camera earlier this month, government sources said here on Tuesday. 

Chumar, located 300 km from here, has always been an area of discomfort for the Chinese troops as this is the only area along the Sino-Indian border where they do not have any direct access to the Line of Actual Control(LAC).

Earlier the 21-day face-off between the two sides in the remote Daulat Beg Oldi (DBO) sector on April 15 was triggered by construction of an observation tower in Chumar division which had to be subsequently dismantled by the Army on May 5 before the crisis was defused.

The Chinese side in flag meetings in the last week of March this year, had been objecting to the construction of the watch tower along the LAC in Chumar.

After dismantling the observation post and defence bunkers, Army had installed cameras to monitor movement of Chinese troops along the LAC, a step which had irked the PLA.

  
Seeking to play down the incident, government sources were not inclined to describe it as an "incursion" in the disputed territory where perceptions about the Line of Actual Control (LAC) differ. 

This shows the how coward the Hindu majority government is they don't even have the courage to describe this incident as an incursion.

Evey time India seems to bend in front of the Chinese. Prior to this incident when the Chinese intruded, Indian government accepted Chinese terms and the Indian army dismantled their own watch towers and bunkers as the Chinese wanted.

Each time the Chinese does something the Hindu majority government downplays the incident and says it is not an incursion, the area comes under disputed territory.

The government sometimes says that the area is an integral part of India and when the Chinese take action the coward Government led by Hindus in fear start saying that the area is disputed territory.

In all of this, it looks as if there is no use of having weapons and such a large army when they cannot even put pressure on their enemies. Moreover the army looks like a sitting duck.

Even small countries like Japan and Vietnam have far more courage than Hindus, these countries also have disputes with China but they never bend in from of the Chinese.

This shows that Hindus cannot rule. You may check their history throughout the history Hindus were ruled by others which is not a surprise.
While Hindus rant about this on the internet posting very aggressive comments about the government but the truth is that they can only say it behind their computer screens and can never come out.

Had there been Muslim rule in India or a government led by Muslims the story would have been different, they would never have acted like cowards. The concern is that Muslims don't get crushed in between all this only because of the mistakes of the government let by Hindus. Muslim government would be far better for this country.

Rising slut walk in India

On July 2011 first slut walk took place in India which was carried out mainly by Hindu girls even though some of them call themselves atheists but still they are from Hindu families. It was just a beginning because after that more slut walks took place in India. Slut walk is a western concept, it started in Canada and has taken place in most western / European countries, in countries like USA, United Kingdom, Brazil, Australia and many more.

Slut Walk is a western phenomenon which is not being taken up by Indians. Majority of the rapists and molesters in India are from Hindu families including the infamous Mukesh Singh so its no surprise that women are coming out.

The Slut walk in Delhi was the first ever slut walk in India.

In slut walks foreigners are always present. In the Delhi slut walk many foreigners were involved. This shows that slut walks are supported and endorsed by the West.

This is the most recent slut walk that took place in Kolkata on June 2013.

Uttarakhand floods and Hindus

In the recent Uttarakhand floods more than 1000 people have died.

Many environmentalists have said that it is a man-made disaster. Indiscriminate development in the hill towns, with guest houses, hotels and all manners of illegal encroachment taking place along the rivers, it was a disaster waiting to happen.

Unchecked construction of roads for enhancing the tourism, and the pollution caused by the growing human presence are some of the major causes for the devastation of Uttarakhand.

The cause of this disaster were Hindus. Hindu pilgrims visit holy places in Uttarakhand like  Badrinath, Kedarnath etc.. Every year lakhs of Hindus visit these places and the pollution caused by the growing human presence are some of the major causes for the devastation of Uttarakhand.
Because of the large number of Hindus from all over India and even from outside India visiting these places roads had to be built by damaging the mountains, various guest houses, shops and hotels were built in places where they should never have been built like along the rivers and on the mountains by digging the mountains which loosens the soil on the mountains.

There is no control over the number of Hindus visiting these places, the government should regulate the number of people visiting the holy places in Uttarakhand to control the pollution caused by growing human presence there.
Uttarakhand Chief Minister said there will be no Kedarnath yaatra for next 2 years, which is good so at lest for next 2 years that place will remain free from human pollution.

Aftermath

Many Hindu temples got damaged even many priests killed in floods. Hindus who were stuck in the floods regretted going to badrinath and kedarnath. They said they should never have come here.
Many Hindus lost their faith in their Gods, they said they cannot believe such a thing can happen to them on the way to holy shrines.
Many lost their family members, mothers, fathers, sons and daughters who were on the trip to  places like badrinath and kedarnath, later they lost their faith in grief, questioning how can this happen in the place of god.
The stone Gods couldn't even protect their statues and temples from floods how can they protect their people ?
Muslims have time and again told them on social media that their religion is a false, its a pagan religion and it would be good for them if they give up their false religion but they don't listen. It would have been good for them had they accepted the only true religion ie; Islam. Its sad to see that they are suffering just because they were following their religion.

Media accusing a Muslim of insulting national song Vande Mataram

Shafiqur Rahman Barq, a BSP member from Sambhal in Uttar Pradesh, was seen walking out of the lower house as Vande Mataram was being played before the house was adjourned.
After the incident the speaker of the house Meira Kumar got angry and said."One honourable member walked out when Vande Mataram was being played. I take very serious view of this. I would want to know why this was done. This should never happen again," she said.

After the incident the Hindu majority media started accusing Shafiqur Rahman Barq of  insulting the national song.
Then Shafiqur Rahman Barq came out and in an interview to CNN IBN, like a true Muslim tiger Barq said he is not sorry for what he did  as he has not done anything wrong.
"I won't apologise to anyone. I respect the National Anthem, not the national song Vande Mataram. Vande Mataram is an ode to motherland. Muslims like me bend only before Allah, not before any other god".
"I request that Muslims not be compelled to sing this song since it is against the Sharia.. the song tells people to bow before Bharat Mata,” he said.
 “India is a democracy, there is secularism here. Under secularism when there are 30 crore Muslims living in the country you have to be considerate towards their emotions as well,” Burq said.

Now it is true that a Muslim cannot bend in front of Bharat mata or worship her as this song suggests, a Muslim can only bend in front of Allah and no one else.



The supreme court has clearly said if Muslims don't want to follow this song as it hurts their religious sentiments then they are free to not sing this song and no one can force them
If Indian supreme court has no problem then why media is so angered by this.

This song is a hymn to bharat mata and and Muslims cannot bend in from of any so called imaginary mata. Allah is the only truth and Islam the true religion and Muslims cannot follow false gods. A Muslim only bends in front of Allah. Shafiqur Rahman Barq is following true Islamic beliefs and he did nothing wrong. Any Muslim having basic knowledge will not stand up for the Vande Matram as is like bhoomi pooja and we pray only Allah.
