Court Frees Muslim Man who married A 17 Year Old Hindu Girl

In a wise decision court frees the Muslim man after he married a 17 year old Hindu girl because the Hindu girl willingly out of her free will eloped with the Muslim man as she loved him moreover she had converted to Islam and was in a legal nikah marriage with the Muslim guy.

The girl had eloped with the man on July 9 last year, following which the two started living together after performing ‘nikah’. Subsequently, a missing person report was lodged by the girl’s mother at Kalyanpuri police station in east Delhi.

The judge cited two previous judgments — Delhi vs Umesh at the Delhi High Court, decided on July 21, 2015, and Shyam Kumar vs State in a lower court, decided this year. In both cases, it was established that the minor girls left their parents’ house and entered into a relationship with the accused, hence ‘no offence’ of kidnapping or sexual assault could be made out.

Stating that a 17-year-old minor had ‘converted’ from Hinduism to Islam when she performed ‘nikah’ with an adult man last year, a Special Court in Delhi has acquitted the man of rape and kidnapping charges.

The girl had eloped with the man on July 9 last year, following which the two started living together after performing ‘nikah’. Subsequently, a missing person report was lodged by the girl’s mother at Kalyanpuri police station in east Delhi. The family said they ‘suspected’ that that some unknown person had ‘allured’ her, following which a kidnapping case was registered which turned out to be false as usual we see this in many cases where Hindu girl elopes with Muslim guy and the parents of the girl accuse the Muslim guy of rape and kidnapping which always turns out to be false after the girl's statement who loves the muslim guy and does it out of her free will.

Married Hindu Woman Elopes with Muslim Man as Hindutva goons resort to violence

It is said that the Hindutva goons resort  to violence and intimidation to hide their impotency which is a true fact whether in this case or other cases where they allege so called love jihad.
The Nandoli village of the Gunnaur area saw communal tension after a Muslim man eloped with a married Hindu woman on May 9.The two of them are still missing.

After the incident the Hindutva goons burned down Muslim houses as Muslim families left the village.

The enraged family of the married woman constrained the boy's mother in their house for one entire night. Though she was let go in the morning on May 10, violence erupted in the village as the news of the elopement reached other villagers. The villagers torched the houses of the minority community.

Meanwhile, on Thursday, some people damaged a motorcycle belonging to a member of another community.

The security has been tightened in the village and many security personnel have been deployed in the area. "No one will be allowed to vitiate law and order," said a police officer.

Hindu Muslim couple denied hotel room

A hotel in Bengaluru turned away a Hindu-Muslim couple and refused to give them a room as the husband was a Muslim and his wife a Hindu.

Shafeeq Subaida Hakkim and Divya DV, a couple from Kerala, were in Bengaluru for some official work. They needed an accommodation to stay but  refused a room at Olive Residency on Annipuram Main Road in Sudhama Nagar. 
The receptionist at the hotel said that a Hindu and Muslim cannot live together.
The receptionist went on to make his point saying that he has instructions not to give rooms to Hindu-Muslim couples as there may be problems.

A mob of lawyers of Agra district court allegedly went on a rampage and overturned several private vehicles parked outside the court premises to protest against the alleged love marriage of a couple from two different religious communities.

The incident took place at around 2pm, when a Muslim man came to visit his lawyer to seek legal advice to marry his beloved, who is already married to someone else.

The man had eloped with the Hindu woman a month back and was putting up in Allahabad, after the family of the woman filed a complaint against him at Shahganj police station.

On Monday, the man came to meet his lawyer Naseem Qureshi in Agra district, after Allahabad high court rejected his plea to get married to a woman who is already married to someone else.

Source claimed that the man came to surrender in court, as he was booked on charges of abduction by the woman's family. But before he could surrender, the complainants came to know about his presence in court and they rushed along with several right-wing Hindu activists to the court.

This is common the Hindu girl's family usually labels false charges of rape and abduction against the Muslim male and later when you ask the girl the truth comes out that "she did it willingly."

The fierce mob also attacked lawyer Naseem Qureshi, who tried to save the Muslim man by hiding him in his chamber. Considering the sensitivity of the matter, ASP Anurag Vats and CO Chhatta BP Singh with over 50 policemen intervened and rescued the man and his lawyer.

Source said, "The entire incident was staged by a few mediapersons and right-wing Hindu activists who wanted to make an issue out of the marriage of two people of different religious communities."

During new year night in Bengaluru women were molested, groped and lewd remarks were also passed by miscreants even as 1,500 police personnel had reportedly been deployed to control the crowds.

The city’s most bustling areas of MG Road and Brigade road saw thousands of men mobbing the revellers, and groping and trash talking the women in the streets on Saturday night even as a large number of policemen were deployed in the area

The opportunistic bhakts blamed the congress government which is in the power in the state of Bengaluru. The truth is that the state government responded in the right manner and took all the necessary steps.  They had made proper arrangements  1,500 policemen were employed moreover cctvs were too put into place.
In particular, the statement of Karnataka Home Minister G Parameshwara in a television interview that "such things happen" and the reason is the "western" ways of youth and the way that "women dress".

Bengaluru is a state where the notorious slogan of love jihad resulted in violence against women for choosing muslim men as their partners with high cases of inter-community relationships in Mangalore.

Samajwadi party leader Abu Azmi blamed short clothes.
Azmi blamed the incident on Westernisation and the short clothes of the women. "If my sister or daughter goes out with another man to celebrate the New Year and her father or husband is not with them, do you think she will be safe? I don't think so.
"In modern times, nudity is considered fashionable. It's a huge blot on Indian culture"
What Abu Azmi said was a hard truth but one thing on which I disagree with Abu Azmi is where he said "Westernisation and the short clothes of the women", because its already in the Hindu culture for women to show their body and dress revealingly. I dont think its entirely a western phenomenon it has always been in the Hindu culture. I can totally understand Abu Azmi's son's wife was a hindu and most muslims treat hindus as their fellow Indians and dont want to blame them so they point the finger towards western culture and politely tell the Hindus to improve themselves but its up to an individual if he/she wants to follow a declining civilization ie; western.

New Year's night is a time for celebration and drinking among youths. The large number of men in the streets who hunted in packs and molested women were drunk.

Drunk and Frustrated Hindu Males who cannot get Laid

Most of the drunk hooligans were Hindu men who think that are on the top of the world and can do anything after consuming alcohol.
Apart from other negative effects alcohol also reduces sexual performance  in the men. Most muslim guys do not drink and those who do usually keep a low profile and do not create ruckus after drinking as liquor does not go well among Muslim community and most Muslim families strongly disapprove it.

Some muslim guys were also caught in the middle of the chaos. Some of them were with their hindu girl friends at night. One of my distant friend Mohamad Shadaab was with his girlfriend Megha when a large crowd of these drunk men started shouting and molesting girls.
